QC Mechanical Inspector / QC Support - 1st Shift (Mon - Fri 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
• Perform in process and final Inspections.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
• First Article experience helpful.

TIG Welding
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Weld/Fuse light gauge aluminum, stainless, steel for sheet metal fabrication
• Adhere to safety and quality standards set forth by FMS, Inc.
• Read and comply with customer and/or FMS drawings
• Help facilitate the flow of materials, components and paperwork among and within the department to fulfill production schedules
• Provide assistance as needed in all departments of manufacturing.
• Follow job schedule as assigned
• Keep work area neat, clean and organized
• Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Metal fabrication (a welding test will be administered and successfully welding these 3 types of materials is required)
• Certificate AWS D17.1 (preferred)
• Certificate AWS D17.2 / D17.2M:2007
• Must be quality-minded and have strong attention to detail
• Must possess ability to follow quality and safety standards
• Must be reliable
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push and pull up to fifty pounds

Experience

CNC Programmer
Contract Manufacturer/Job Shop actively seeking experienced CNC programmer, preferably with general knowledge of engineering development and design work to include mechanical structures, components and assemblies using Solid Works computer-aided-design (CAD) and solid modeling.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Work to include process review & verification to customer-supplied design requirements, CNC programming, design of tooling and fixturing, and/or modification of existing designs. Competent at material selection, fastener selection, conceptual designs and final designs. Provides limited engineering support to manufacturing floor.
Experience:
• You must be a US citizen
• You must have a strong working knowledge of 3-D modeling and drafting per ANSI Y14.100 using Solidworks 2012 or later
• Simulation and manufacturing experience a plus
• Knowledge of typical machine shop operations
• Practical knowledge of MIG and TIG welding (not as a welder), including knowledge of weld symbols a plus
Relationship Responsibilities:
Daily interaction with shop floor management and team members to drive projects focused on waste elimination and improved process capability. Vendor, customer and supplier interaction focused on reducing costs, improving material availability and turns, and developing tooling and fixtures that improve quality and throughput. Interact daily with other business functions including purchasing, sourcing, and quality.
Machinist
• Experience with Milling, Lathe, Wire EDM, CNC Mill, and Precision Grinding.
• Fully understand blueprints of both parts and tool components.
• Tool design as well as CAD experience a plus.
• Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, wire EDM, milling machine, radial drill press, and grinder, to machine parts to specifications, and verifies conformance of machined parts to specifications.
• Verifies dimensions, clearances, and alignment of parts in die with continuous improvement of dies, and die modifications with engineering support.
• Sets up tooling for initial runs and assists production team as needed
• Works tolerances as close as .001 inch.
• Dismantles die and repair or replace parts with no supervision
• Advocate a working environment that promotes creative thinking, problem solving, and ingenuity while maintaining a high ethical standard.

General Shop Labor - 1st Shift (Mon - Fri 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) & 2nd Shift (Mon - Thu 12:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
• Candidate will be working wherever needed throughout our shop performing various duties such as sanding parts, assembling parts, packaging volumes of parts sometimes which are sometimes individually wrapped.
• Follow Instructions as given by the supervisor for which ever area he/she is needed.
CMM Inspector
Duties / Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Work may include design of tooling and fixturing, and/or modification of existing designs. Competent at material selection, fastener selection, conceptual designs and final designs. Provides limited engineering support to manufacturing floor.
• Performs visual and dimensional inspection, sub-assemblies, parts and materials from suppliers to ensure compliance to blue prints, specifications, work orders and purchase orders
• Sheet Metal experience
• Makes decision of disposition of non conformance parts (scrap or rework)
• Verifies products, meet requirements identified on certificates of conformance
• Supplier first article inspection documentation for compliance to requirements
• Performs First Article inspections as required
• Knowledge of CMM (PC-Dmis software)
Requirements
• Basic equipment use, Caliper, Micrometers, Height Gage
• Read and interpret blue prints and has knowledge of true position
• CAD is a plus
• 2-3 years' experience with CMM
• Programming of the CMM
Experience
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, AS9100, ISO, FDA, GMP preferred
Education

Toolmaker - 1st Shift (Mon - Fri 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
• Ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience as a tool maker for a variety of metal parts.
• Fully understands blueprints of both parts and tool components.
• Tool design as well as CAD experience a plus.

Turret Punch Press Setup Operator - 1st Shift (Mon - Fri 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) & 2nd Shift (Mon - Thu 12:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
• Candidate must have strong experience with Turret Punch Presses both as a Setup and Operator.
• Auto Loading Equipment for Turret Punch Presses, preferred.
• Experience with Wiedmann Vectrum & Motorum turret punch presses as well as Muratec Autoloader a plus.
• The position will be responsible to fully setup the machine as well as interact with Engineering for the programming.
• Candidate will also be responsible to produce parts once setup to meet manufacturing schedules.
• Must be able to read and interpret mechanical blueprints.
• Working knowledge of measuring and inspection tools.
• Fast paced, air conditioned work environment.
Silkscreen and Pad Printing Department - 1st Shift (Mon - Fri 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) & 2nd Shift (Mon - Thu 12:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
• Must have working knowledge of how to burn Cliches and produce original artwork for silkscreen application onto Precision Metal parts.
• Must know how to mix various types of ink per individual ink specifications.
• Must be able to apply ink accurately and repeatedly onto Aerospace and Military components via manual squeegee.
• Must be able to read and interpret mechanical blueprints.
Powder Coater - 1st Shift (Mon - Fri 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) & 2nd Shift (Mon - Thu 12:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
• Working knowledge of common powder coating equipment and processes.
• Hang-paint-and take down parts from automated line, assist to mask and unmask parts as required, able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be a self-starter, work in a non AC environment, able to read mechanical blueprints.
• Experience is a must!
CNC Machining Setup & Operator - 1st Shift (Mon - Fri 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) & 2nd Shift (Mon - Thu 12:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
• 5 years of set up experience on vertical CNC mills with 4th axis rotation capability preferably Haas mills.
• Proficient in the use of measuring equipment.
• Coach and lead mill operators on proper machine shop practices.
• Ability to build new tooling and fixtures, without supervision.
• Able to detect any issues in machines and make minor adjustments when necessary.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Edit CNC machine manually at the controller.
• A strong understanding of Numerical Control (G-Codes).
• Must be willing to run production as well as doing setups.
• Possess working knowledge of cutting tools including speeds and feed.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong attention to detail.
• Able to comply with company policy and procedures, including safety, quality, and attendance.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Have strong understanding and knowledge of all equipment and machinery.
• AS 9100 awareness and adherence.
Press Brake Setup / Operator - 1st Shift (Mon - Fri 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) & 2nd Shift (Mon - Thu 12:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
• Candidates must have experience and working knowledge of tools required for Bending/Forming thin metal parts to tight dimensional tolerances.
• Accupress Brake press experience a huge plus.
• Production based position so productivity on a daily basis is a must.
• Ability to set up all tools and read manufacturing drawings with tight tolerances is essential.
Hardware Installation Operator - 1st Shift (Mon - Fri 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) & 2nd Shift (Mon - Thu 12:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
• Candidate must be able to follow instructions and learn to Install hardware and small fasteners into formed sheet metal items.
• Smaller hands tend to work well at this position.
• Must be able to give utmost attention to detail and ensure every part is installed correctly.
• Candidate should be early in their career and enthusiastic about the duties at hand at any time.
• Ability to use small hand tools and cordless equipment is a plus.
Stamping Press Operator - 1st Shift (Mon - Fri 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
• Candidate must be able to follow instructions and operate stamping press machinery to produce and/or form small metal parts.
• Smaller hands tend to work well at this position.
• Must be able to give utmost attention to detail and ensure every part is manufactured correctly.
• Candidate should preferably have experience in metal manufacturing industry.
